Would it not be easier to do

Would it not be easier to do a network install or usb install? Most distributions support those methods these days..

It maybe a little bit easier, but not everyone has a Lan or an USB (At least i dont have either of them), so i think its a handy solution for everyone who runs out of CD/DVD and has a new distro to try.
