Deluge is a Linux and Windows Bittorrent client which uses multiple interfaces: GTK+, web and console.

Deluge 1.3.0 was released about a week ago bringing a lot of changes to the WebUI which now handles a large amount of torrents better (among other improvements). The GTKUI was also tweaked to handle a large number of torrents better by adding a client-side cache to reduce the RPC traffic.
