Speaking of Zukitwo, as you probably know, the GTK2/3 theme is available in the WebUpd8 Themes PPA for quite some time (and is constantly updated).

The Equinox GTK themes is a pack of (now) 5 beautiful themes created by Tiheum (who's also the Faenza icons author).

After many comments about it, I've decided to make a separate post as it seems everybody wants to know what theme this is even though there was an announcement on ppa.webupd8.org.
A New Start is a beautiful theme pack that was updated a few days ago. This is not just a GTK / Metacity theme - it comes with many customizations: Conky configuration, a coverGloobus theme, fonts, an AWN theme, Gnome panel and AWN backgrounds and even a Firefox Startpage.
There are a lot of amazing GTK / Metacity / Emerald / Icon themes on Gnome-Look and Deviant Art but to get the latest version you must constantly check the site and manually download and install the new theme so I though it would be nice to set up an Ubuntu repository for the themes that I (and you) like and do not have a PPA.
Minty Freshness is a new theme created by Skies Of Azel, the Orta theme developer, especially designed for Linux Mint Debian Edition (the theme could become the default LMDE theme).
Remember Borderless Elementary? It was quite a success and I'm not sure if that's where the Ubuntu devs got the idea from, but update today in Ubuntu 11.04 removes the borders for the Ubuntu "Light" themes:
t appears that SkiesOfAzel, the Orta theme developer was contacted by a LMDE (Linux Mint Debian Edition) developer to create a similar theme for LMDE and the initial result can already be tested (not just on LMDE - you can use it on any Linux distribution obviously).
Half-left has released what's probably the first "real" theme for the new Gnome Shell (with the new automatic workspaces, overview re-layout and so on). Gnome Shell already looks pretty cool but check out Half-left's theme called "Smooth Inset":
Elementary GTK theme version 2.1 was released today, bringing support for GTK3. Other changes include: dropped Aurora engine, the panel is now dark by default and bug fixes as well as a new Xfwm4 theme.
Fitts is a new Metacity theme created by albyrock87 (Alberto) who's also behind the cool new Avant Window Navigator Lucido style and also a Synapse developer. The theme is based on a mockup by rAX and is designed to use big buttons so they are easy to click.

Good news for all the Orta fans: a new version has been released today with a new Nautilus Elementary style (configurable from the Orta Settings Manager) as well as many bug fixes. Here is the changelog for the latest Orta 1.4.0:
WebUpd8 reader Ghogaru has sent us a tip about a simple, clean and lightweight GTK theme he created called Boomerang.
Orta theme finally got a PPA so it's now easily to install and update.
